RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returning An Unwanted Item

If you’re not satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, you can return any unopened products to us. As long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the terms below.
You can contact us through various communication methods such as live chat, email or phone quoting you order number and reason for return.  We will then begin the returns process. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Items that have arrived damaged and you the customer have failed to notify us in the 48 hour window after receipt of goods.

How Refunds Work

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Returning A Faulty Item

If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged or an incorrect item, please contact Customer Service via the email address or telephone number below within 30 days of receiving your order. Make sure you do not dispose of any broken items as we will require photographic evidence to support any claims for damages. Once this has been provided and completed, we will offer a full refund or replacement.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again and be sure it was the designated account for the funds. Then if necessary contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Refunds can take up 3-5 business days once issued. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please be aware bank holidays will cause delays if your refund was requested near one. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact customer services and we will happily look into this for you.

Return shipping is free if goods were not as described if you live in UK, simply contact customer services for your postage label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you are outside UK. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

UK Residents

All our items are delivered using tracked delivery via UPS , we offer delivery and collection to and from your local pickup shop and delivery directly to your door. For Returns, goods would need to be dropped off to your local pickup. A confirmation will be provided in the form of a text message.

NON-UK Residents

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
